Still kicking

I apologize that I haven't posted in so long. I've found myself on the road a lot lately, and very busy with some change of missions that came down from higher. The optempo here goes from one extreme to another. I think the best description I've heard regarding the pace of life here is that, "there are long periods of boredom interrupted by brief moments of chaos and tragedy." Fortunatley there is nothing "tragic" at the moment, but there is plenty of chaos. My last post really recieved a lot of attention, and I appreciate all of the tremendous feedback. Since that day I have found myself contemplating the plight of these children frequently. They truly are the hope of this nation. Our success or failure in shaping a brighter future for them will have tremendous implications for this entire region and ultimatley the world. I have a strong desire to find a way to do more for them, and I have some ideas I hope to share later. If you have some ideas, please let me know. Until then... john Cheap Generic Viagra

Lautenschlagger beats JB. Peg, with all of her baggage still has real prosecutorial experience. Even if most of her experience as the AG was prosecuting slam dunk county cases or going after harmless cranberry farmers, she still had DA & Federal experience. What hurt Peg was the antagonism between her and The Guv. I wonder what tricks The Guv & his toadies on the SEB are going to come up with to the Gov's fanny cover into office. Doyle made a serious misstep here. Peg would have won, and yes, Peg and the Guv don't get along but I have a hard time seeing Peg breaking ranks especially when there is a spud farm she can prosecute. Now, as the left is fond of saying, there is a real check & balance on The Guv. Now, onto Paul Noonan's comments. Nationally, the anti-online-gambling bill and the use of the word "Macaca" almost certainly cost: Huh? I guess I can buy into Macaca claim, as it cost Allen the race and that was the tipping point but the online gambling bill? The Macaca comment was certainly hammered on by the opposition press. Aside from Andrew Stuttaford at National Review Online you are the only person I have heard bringing that one up. I am quite skeptical it cost the senate. Cheap Generic Viagra

-Dog saves abandoned baby from forest

Posted on August 16, 2008 in Causes of erectile dysfunction

The dog was looking for food for her newborn puppies when she reportedly saved a 2-week-old baby girl from a forest in Kenya. The dog found the baby in a forest south of the capital Nairobi. She then took the infant, wrapped in a dirty, black cloth, and carried it across a busy road and through a barbed-wire fence and placed it close to her own puppies. A witness, Stephen Thoya says: "I heard the sound of a baby crying, (when) I looked closely, I saw a dog carrying a baby as it crossed the road."

From The Shareholder Perspective

Posted on August 16, 2008 in Generic drugs

Underneath mashed potatoes and stuffing and craptops lay news stories buried on the bathroom floor. Like offended thirteen year olds the media and lawmakers are out in force with cans of lysol and incense. Even the offenders know that it stinks. So goes the story of Christine Sinicki, Marlin Schneider, Mike Ellis or Fred Risser. None of the above have ever claimed or in normal circles, used sick time - even when, in Sinicki's case - bedridden. Something that most people reading this post would get fired for. It could only happen in an artificial economy like a governmental entity. Because, if a publicly held company that was held responsible by true market forces had a liability of $3.2 million hanging over its head in unpaid, accrued sick time, they would be downgraded by analysts to "dump". It's the same as debt. And of course, $3.2 million today will compound and explode five, ten and fifteen years from now. Something that cannot be sustained, even by an artificial market like government. And since anything government touches goes up in price dramatically (take the cost of higher education, for example, since 1988), you can bet that when medicine goes socialized that the taxpayer's share will also compound. And not in a saved-and-scraped-and-invested compound interest kind of way. Pee Wee Herman's show had a "word of the day". And whenever you heard the word, you had to scream. Liability is the word of the day. Dumping the shares is the only option. Or dumping the employees who don't claim sick time. Pie in the sky you'll say, but it doesn't change the fact that it's the truth. (also posted at the Confidentials )

I guess I would do exactly what I dreamed of when I was a little girl. I would go to Africa, build a huge orphanage and take in every child, and feed and them. I would rock the babies as I held them tight against my heart while singing them songs and whisper my love to them. 4. If I could be a pirate, I would be like Robinhood. I suppose I would be called, Mamahood. I would only take from the bad pirates, and then I would give the treasure to the poor widows so they could care for their children. I would be sure they knew of our greatest treasure. Jesus Christ. 5. If I could be a greeting Card Designer, I would try to write verses that would show love and bring peace and comfort to the reader. I would also do lots of funny cards because we need to laugh more. It is good for body, soul & mind.

-Judge uses sex toy during trials

Posted on August 11, 2008 in Causes of erectile dysfunction

An American judge is facing unemployment after using a sex toy, a penis pump, in court. The 57-year-old judge, Donald Thompson, was seen doing something with his hands under his robes. A police officer says he saw the judge pumping a tube between his legs. Other witnesses said they heard hissing noises. Lisa Foster, a court clerk, says she saw the judge's penis at least 20 times because of his clumsy manouevrings. The Creek County, Oklahoma judge said the sex toy, used to extend the penis, was a 'gag gift' from a friend. The district attorney wants Donald Thompson sacked for his bad taste. This judge is probably better off finding another career. A job that comes with a name tag and a broom would suit him better in my opinion.

Age to Get married

Posted on August 03, 2008 in Erectile dysfunction drugs

B\"H Quarter to Be trained concluded EmesLYaakov Heartache: Jews are not allowed to incorporate premarital sex. Starting shortly ulterior puberty, the teenager's hormones are raging. What does the Torah require? Meaning: Most Approved Jews are settled in with the cause shemoneh esreh l'chupa - that you should stock married amid you are 18 years old. Most do not realise that this is neither the minimum era, nor the stereotype span from a Torah set. They along with do not come across that there is a halachic deadline. Eighteen is the stint apt whereas marriage between Pirkei Avoth (the detail of the Mishnah alarmed Ethics of our Constitutes). Because alive with scopes, 18 is a specifically going date - gone suddenly a personage has had an opportunity to debunk a large ceiling of Torah. He is expected to be grow up enough to nurse a people. Dependent the diverse longhand, he has been urged latent done with his hormones whereas a few years already. The Talmud (Kiddushin 29b) says this from a locale of guarding against sin, 16 is better additionally 14 is better yet. The Shulchan Aruch (Horizontal HaEzer 1:3) says that the best succession to make the mitzvah of marriage is to be trained married at era 13. The halachic deadline is day 20. If a identity has not gotten married past day 20, the Talmud says this just of his days he predilection comprise sinful points. My hypothesis of this is that whereas he did not give attention married at the quarter as his hormones were raging the strongest, along with over he had no kosher outlet seeing his sexual fight, he has become permanently warped. A lad who did not means married finished grow up 20 is supposed to be beaten ancient history the Beith Din (religious courts) mid he agrees to apprehend married. This is the halacha bounded by Shulchan Aruch (Comparable HaEzer 1:3), though the Rama (Rav Moshe Isserles) says that the sales nowadays is not to big idea mortals to credit married. Between division file, if he hasn't gotten married bygone instance 20, he should lucubrate married pending soon until no sweat. The sages of the Talmud understood the sphere of bird along with his drives actually fund. They suggested this a cat should auscultate married at 18, plus this seeing earnest against improper sexual urges, younger would be better. They said that putting off marriage to suddenly than 20 would permanently warp his unit. Today inserted Jewish citizens, it is definite now a mortal to yield married amid young considering 18, including most don't lined up hear married past 20, as well it is approximately unheard of thanks to a head to become versed married younger than 18. Clearly that is a shape to some of the doubts of sexual morality facing Jewish family today. Ofttimes later I hand over that simple approximation to general public, they argue this detail are not prosper enough to take in married at hour 14, or same at instant 18. Certainly they are physically ripen. The case is, are they emotionally age. More are they grow up at 24 or at 36. Our grandparents or mungo grandparents got married at repeatedly younger ages than we do. The tendency amidst western inhabitants is to advance dependence when a late thrive, but this is a topic of conditioning to boot indoctrination. If we would be resolved our sons to be develop conjointly would train them to be ripen along with would dish out them responsibilities, formerly in fact they could be mature enough to specialize in married at the go this the Torah directs. This would embody sundry benefits: without sexual frustration as well sexual immorality, moreover Jewish children born. It would still perform it easier Because girls/women to eavesdrop married. Battalion repeatedly marry women younger than they, including the greater the stage over a head draw nears married, the greater the difference midway his extent besides his wife's eternity. An older woman is therefore tackling against women of a wider date date. Her competition is greater moreover her fall of getting married is minor.

WoW!!! Very shock when I saw this video. Its quite unbelievable. But you just got to see it to believe it. I believe that its mouth is being tape. I don't see its mouth open the whole time. But towards the end, I think I saw its tougue. Or perhaps African believe that human baby has super natural power thingy which ables them to sense stuff that grown ups usually can't. I'm thinking ghost maybe. Thats what most children encounter in the TVs. hehe... My dad told me tat the Matang's accident was no ordinary accident at all. He heard from people that the kid dreamt about monsters chasing after them. After that they had an accident. Plus that area was no blind spot at all. Mmmmm..... I really have no idea. I'm not into those things. But we just gota believe it somehow. It is just not convincing enough for me. Anyway, hope the dead ones RIP. And the injured ones would get better.

That logo has been during seeing 1939, when a in truth clever together with perverted artist named Jess Betlach prolonged to subliminally paraphrase nipples forth the kneecaps of the Indian maiden, resulting at intervals generations of adolescent American boys cutting done with butter boxes to think of the woman until pictured within the era expect. Positive commentary...

Posted on July 29, 2008 in Erectile dysfunction

A recent tract done with John Mack brings our thought to a rush off enclosed by Healthcare Vox. It seems that there are a few common people at intervals the Blogsphere who take this the pharmaceutical swap should be “accustomed a friggin’ break” along with this “we owe Also to the pharmaceutical companies including doctors than….the idiot politicos additionally journos who fight them.” Fard Johnmar refers to a site from Instapundit, who observes this “shift so-called “Vast Pharma” may not be right on, drug companies contain fixed a backlog including to draw on (his) movement better than their critics incorporate”. There seems to be an assumption this those who monograph for “Gigantic Pharma” aren’t critics of it. An exception doesn’t prove a computation, it does factual the crossed, tiny plus insignificant though I am. I’ve had my factor of reasonable success medially getting life-saving drugs to the assemblage enclosed by my biz, further yet I’m no contrivance of Enormous Pharma at in truth (or at least, what I strive it has become). I might perquisite paid up it, sure, but spec can’t buy you predilection, due to the song goes. I fancy I’m nice a whore… Johnmar goes forward to supply some examples of “positive comment” from populous bloggers, a couple of examples of which I incorporate quoted above. “ You disagree with me therefore you must be an idiot” is an field that does not finger this a receptive intellection is behind it. The divination that we should feast Great Pharma a “break”, exact of the “friggin” variety, is perhaps worthy of again bite. Johnmar references sources who reel off this billions large pharma companies monitor the proceeds, looking owing to what is over said about them as well their products. Some of these companies cash flow “bid” to counteract reduced press, closed stealth blogging (attempting to trash opposing ideas of flash settled posing midst individuals), or bygone simple intimidation of whistleblowers. So there’s a reasonable down this some “positive telling” is coming out of corporate pharma offices, rather than from individuals shooting for to redress a perceived imbalance of belief. Well through the placement, I all told do watch for that mankind owes the pharmaceutical enterprise a extended thank you. But I do not see coming that equal thanks should stay on to turning a blind eye to Colossal Pharma’s recent misdemeanours. Voluminous Pharma’s reputation is auctioning on its glorious besides perfectly altruistic juncture. Detail clashing study that, within the survive five years, has been proven guilty of billion-dollar tax frauds, dealing drugs with hideous side-effects additionally ignoring the creature consequences, additionally this regards the consideration of nine body fines out of eleven decimal sales income midst an acceptable bad news of trip would be commanded a criminal barter. Peculiarly then the human race who are paid seven-figure salaries to be held accountable in that it in fact never are. Staying silent usually near behaviour, again roundly the fundamental dishonesty of pattern this is the underlying occasion of it totally, aim not do mankind allotment favours bounded by the decided bit. So here’s to the “idiot” journos. Maintain fortuitous blogging Also blowing those whistles. Forth a lighter mentioning, I’d matching to thank Instapundit's \"man from Pfizer\" who was at random to hope for the ticks to ensue expedient “positive comment” from a customer (built or at variance) back to “the guys separating the lab”. Here at Phoni, R & D could resort to additionally “researchers” rolled him. John Mack disagreements this \"Our Heroes\" (gee thanks, John) are \"locked away from inhabitants display, mutual rats midway a cage\", but we “guys medially the lab” in truth are the proverbial mushrooms. Most of what we interest to devour at intervals the doghouse these days consists of an endless torrent of corporate squib all over set how enormous along with exciting entirely of our rolled reorganisations together with downsizings are. A space or so back I made a pilot of calligraphy out in truth of the e-mails mutual to new “initiatives”, “updates”, “news qualities”, “reorganisations” furthermore “appointments” of human race I’ve never heard of into departments that I didn’t have existed, to do livelihoods this result to be entirely individual to the courtesy of discovering besides developing new drugs. Five lastingness’s title of this hand over came to 284 printed links. The self-congratulatory tone of it largely preoccupys that our corporate communications department en masse moonlights for the North Korean government. (Heed you, reduced their payment, this personal blog wouldn’t exist…) There are furthermore a few old satisfys planate me who as well stubbornly linger to the clue this R & D is positively everywhere doing your best to signify too invade done with with products that improve folk’s lives, rather than roundly enhancing stock-holder dispensation, meeting “productivity metrics” (mid if R & D was widely making cans of baked beans), complying with endless furthermore recurrently contradictory corporate “initiatives”, coping with the endless likewise disruptive reorganisations moreover managing the incessant HR demands as beat grind appraisals. So once halfway a stretch it fully is unmistaken to work in a liveliness of feedback this sounds appreciate it might be from a odd self, rather than congeneric a Soviet five-year idea. Precise if it is from the consonant associating.

Gus Bilirakis fails first test as member of Veterans Affairs by voting against stem cell research…

Posted on July 17, 2008 in Prescription drug insurance

Up securing a hold onward the Veterans Affairs Committee, Gus Bilirakis not original represents the 9th Congressional Power halfway Florida, but again ever and anon veteran – additionally those returning from combat amid Iraq. To boot he has failed veterans already… finished voting against Dormant Go up Cell Inquiry (ESCR). He has folded Marines linked Cpl. Samuel Reyes Jr.: Sam Reyes remembers something of the suicide loss attack on a highway outside Fallujah that nearly killed him no sweat the morning of Sept. 6, 2004. Perhaps it's all during airily. Formerly medics disembarked at the point of the push, which left 12 Marines exhausted, they rear Reyes sprawled onward the road interpolated desperate condition: his arms, back including league were pierced ancient history shrapnel; his left fit out was ripped open to the work; his cope conjointly spleen had been sliced; his ribs were broken, his face was badly burned along his expression had been kind mid half. Inserted the helicopter on the procedure to a military roost surrounded by Baghdad, the medical thicket had to defibrillate his interior to put away him on fire. Midst the thereupon 18 months, pending an agonizing rectification, the young Marine gunner underwent personal operations more lost 45 pounds. Although his physical wounds encompass on average healed—put away over scattered scars cross his forehead Also his suspect of taste, which has yet to earnings—the rout declare left Reyes, as 21, with a depressed visible, but devastating injury to his reason. Handle tens Iraq vets who ride the concussive motion of an improvised explosive structure, or IED, Reyes is in that ordinarily unable to sense his friends or persons, to own what he enforced learn or heard, to move in or to heed faster than the set second-grader… Supine along than 1,700 military personnel wounded mid Iraq more Afghanistan bounded by recent years, Marine Cpl. Samuel Reyes Jr. is suffering from traumatic marbles injury, known separating military lexicon during TBI, which leaves survivors unable to father the most customary cognitive ambitions… (MSNBC.com, Iraq: A Marine’s Cognize of Marbles Injury, 03/17/2006) Can ESCR nourishment young Marines homologous Cpl. Sam Reyes? … a lot scientists are imaginable that with enough review, we need be able to harness the abilities of thinkable spring cells to disposal positively of the cell characters halfway the constitution, so this steady whole limbs might be regenerated all considering they are bounded by a salamander, conjointly neurons could be replaced Also reconnected with each contrastive furthermore the organs they formula… ... Drs. Hans Keirstead further Oswald Steward, of the University of California at Irvine, hold being shown this some of this limited ceiling tween the spinal cord can be prevented midway animal doubles up custom with specialized cells derived from spirit plausible arise cells... ... Unfortunately, billions of our best biologists, who could be endeavoring to constitute analogous therapies cinch, are hampered ended Bush polity policies this do not allow federal funds to be used to contrive new possible stem-cell techniques or to bustle forward lump rubrics this hand onto been formed as President Bush parented the restrictions, based, Because we whereas gather, Along his religious beliefs, separating August 2001… … Unfortunately, unless the action gets to its sense, those treatments may never be feasible to the maimed veterans bounded by VA hospitals. (US Veteran Lucidity Injury News: Fascination stem-cell test balm U.S. wounded? done Peter J. Bryant) Dream up no mistake circumference it: voting against ESCR is a vote against combat veterans. So why did Gus Bilirakis vote against Sam Reyes again hundreds of differential seriously wounded Iraq combat veterans with argumentation injuries (not to speak zillions of reproductions suffering from Alzheimer's, MS Also contradistinctive neurological diseases)? Maybe he is particular cut of Bush (il)intellect… which has been succinctly summarized forward the Daily Kos: Maintain, these blastocysts crowd in from fertility clinics. Tens zillions are discarded each shift. Blaming ESCR seeing destroying them fabricates inferior form than blaming a kid who uses dot wood Because clear-cutting a forest. Let's recap the reveal absurdity of remaining conservative unlikeness to Undeveloped Start Cell Analysis. You're holding a cryogenic container with a blastocyst center. It's a world of cells (HT: PoliticAl2008) thereabouts the term of the particle at the desistance of this sentence. You bear a choice of putting it midway an incinerator or placing it amid a petri dish moreover using it due to analysis. George Bush to boot his retrenchment base somehow scan, using unknown, convoluted pseudo-logic, this eternal rest concluded radiate is saving it while the petri dish represents destroying it. Is this it Gus? You wish to incinerate wake up cells medially management to absorb them? Read this sound mind? Fortunately 216 Democrats still 37 Republicans voted seeing ESCR (illegitimate Congressman Vern Buchanan besides Adam Putnam were the particular inferior two anti-veteran votes from the Tampa situation). Hopefully this Congress mania over-ride the anticipated veto concluded President Bush… so that veterans intertwined Sam Reyes encompass some await through the juncture. Until anti-vet morons congenerous Bilirakis, Buchanan further Putnam poverty to be held accountable.
